Abstract
PreviewISO 8988:2006 specifies three methods for the determination of the hexamethylenetetramine ("hexa") content of phenolic resins:
- a Kjeldahl method;
- direct titration with perchloric acid;
- potentiometric titration with hydrochloric acid.
