Workshop 2: Capturing future opportunities – The ISO Standardization Foresight Framework
This second workshop will present the ISO Standardization Foresight Framework in detail, explaining its development, its four phases (environmental scanning, ideation, distillation and refinement), its inputs and its outputs. Most importantly, the workshop will explain how ISO members can participate in the pilot.
The ISO Standardization Foresight Framework (ISO SFF) is a bespoke foresight process developed for the ISO system.
It will help us to identify future opportunities for international standardization.
The Framework is designed to be facilitated by ISO/CS with active participation and input from ISO members and their stakeholder networks. This is the second virtual workshop on foresight, preparing ISO members to participate in the pilot of the ISO SFF in 2021.
This workshop will present the Framework in detail, explaining its development, its four phases (environmental scanning, ideation, distillation and refinement), its inputs and its outputs. Most importantly, the workshop will explain how ISO members can participate in the pilot.
