Resumen
The guidance provides conditionds of harvesting and putting into store, and it specifies optimal storageconditions, as temperature, relative humidity, atmosphere circulation, chemical composition of the atmosphere, checking and storage life. An annex A describes optimal conditions for 15 principal varieties. An annex B shows defects arising during storage.
